How to register
All registration goes through our Parent Portal. Set up a Family Account, add a Student Account for each swimmer, then submit your preferred class times. It takes about ten minutes.

Register nowRegistration procedure
- Create an account, or log in to your Family Account on the Parent Portal.
- Select the child you wish to register.
- Click “See Classes” to view the available options.
- Add your preferred class times to the cart and put them in priority order. Classes marked “Waitlist” still accept requests — you can include them at checkout.
- Registering siblings together, or forming your own 1:2 semi-private class? Add every participant to one shopping cart.
- For new swimmers, add previous experience in the comments — the name of the previous swim school and level completed, or just “beginner” if they have never had formal lessons.
- Click “Complete Transaction” to submit your registration request.
- On successful enrolment, you’ll get an email confirming your child’s class schedule.
Setting up your account
- Go to the Parent Portal.
- Select our Woodbine location and click “Click to begin”.
- Click “Create Account” to start. This creates a Family Account under the parent or guardian’s name.
- Once the Family Account exists, add a Student Account. Each swimmer needs their own.

Prepay with a Swim Pass Package
The Swim Pass Package is a prepaid block of classes at a lower per-class rate, with more make-up flexibility and a bigger Pro Shop discount.

The fine print
Fees, make-ups and refunds
Priority renewal
Current swimmers get a one-week priority window to renew their spot before registration opens to everyone. After that it is first come, first served.
Make-up classes
Report an absence at least one hour before the lesson and we’ll issue a make-up token — 2 per session, or credit for your first 4 absences on a Swim Pass Package.
Refunds
There is no refund once registered. Cancel at least 10 days before the first lesson and we’ll issue credit, minus a $35 administration fee.
Sibling discount
Families with three or more siblings registered concurrently receive a sibling discount. It does not apply to Aquatic Leadership or Swim Team programs.
Assessments
Placement is by ability, not age. Tell us about previous experience at registration, or we can arrange a short in-water assessment.
